Shipping methods and pricing

Due to the current situation, shipping methods may vary.
When processing your order, you will be provided with the options available for your purchase.

Possible delivery options:

  • Collection at a Zara store - FREE

    At the store you choose in 3-5 business days.

    The person who picks up the order will need to show their identification card, whether it is the actual buyer or if someone comes in their place.

  • Home delivery:

    • Standard delivery - 4.95 USD / FREE SHIPPING

      The estimated delivery period is 2-4 business days, depending on the delivery address.

    • On the same day of the purchase - 9.95 USD

      Same day delivery in New York City for orders placed before 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Deliveries will be made between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM EST (some exclusions may apply).

    • Express delivery - 9.95 USD

      The estimated delivery period is 1-2 business days.

  • Pick up point - 4.95 USD / FREE SHIPPING

    At the drop point of your choice within 2-4 business days.

    We will show you the available drop points at the time of purchase.

    Remember that to collect your order you will need to show an ID document. If the person who comes to collect the order is different from the person who purchased it, they will need to submit a written authorization and a photocopy of the buyer's ID document.

The time periods indicated above will be longer for more remote regions.

Please note that while most deliveries are made during business days (some exceptions may apply).

Your order may be dispatched from various warehouses. If this happens, we’ll notify you via email to tell you which items you’ll be receiving in each delivery.
