Our tailors will find the best solution for your damaged clothing. With their help, you can ensure your favorite garments last longer.
AT A ZARA STORE
Visit one of our Zara stores with the items you want to repair. Our staff will answer all your questions and guide you through the repair request process.
Please note that you must pay for the repair in-store. Once it has been completed, we will notify you so that you can pick it up.
Remember, you will have to pick up your items at the same store where you requested the service.
Check in the store locator if the store you are interested in offers the repair service.
PICK UP POINT
You can request an item repair through Zara.com. Just click on the Repair option under the Zara Pre-owned category.
Using a form, you can select the garments and the type of repair you want. We will show you a list of available repairs for each type of item. Once your request has been processed, you will receive a QR code or shipping label via email so you can drop your items at your nearest delivery point.
Once the repair is finished, we will send the items at the address that you provided. If the delivery cannot be made, the shipper will tell you where the package has been deposited. If you prefer, you can contact the shipping company directly and schedule a new delivery.
Remember: The shipping costs are $ 9.99.
