GIFT RECEIPT
You have the option to add a gift receipt to your order. Here you will find more information about gift receipts.
GIFT RECEIPT FEATURES
- Receipt without a price: a Gift Receipt is a purchase receipt that does not include item prices. Upon preparing your order we will also remove prices from the labels.
- Personalized messages: you can personalize your purchase with a short note that we will include with your order. This option is not available for in-store purchases.
- Exchange or return: with the Gift Receipt you can make exchanges or returns in our Zara stores. In case of an online order, you can also request a return from the Zara.com website.
GIFT RECEIPT REQUEST
- If you place an online order: you can request the Gift Receipt during the purchase process after adding the items to the bag, or at any other time, provided the order has already been shipped. In this case, just access the order details in your Zara account or in any of the emails related to your purchase if you placed the order as a guest.
- If you make a purchase in-store: you can request a Gift Receipt from our store staff when checking out.
