If you have made a purchase in one of our stores and have misplaced your receipt, you can find it here. To do so, please fill in the fields in the form available at Zara.com. Be sure to have the information needed to find it:
- The reference number of some of the items purchased.
- The credit, debit, or gift card number you used for payment.
- The date of purchase.
