Just like in our stores, you will find new arrivals at every week.

If the item you’re interested in is out of stock but has the following symbol:  comming soon , you can register via email and we’ll notify you if it becomes available within 15 days of your registration. This process is not the same as a hold.

What’s more, at, you can check our in-store stock through the “Check Store Availability” option.


The PRESALE option lets you ensure the availability of items that may be limited in number.

Because it is an advance purchase, payment will be completed at the time of purchase. Remember these items have special delivery periods.

If your order has a combination of presale and non-presale items, only the presale items will have a different than normal delivery time.

Keep in mind that the return period for purchases that include presale items will be 30 days from the shipment date of the last element of your order.


To help select your size, use the What is my size? option, a tool that will recommend the best size based on the information you have given us. If this option is not available for an item in which you are interested, please visit our size guide.

Personalized items

Some of our items can be embroidered with custom text. To easily identify them, the word 'customizable' will appear in the item's name.

You can choose the text, the lettering, the color of the thread, and the area of the garment you want embroidered.

If the word you choose isn't available, we'll notify you during the purchase process for the garment or even once the order has been completed. In the latter case, we will notify you of the cancellation of your order.

Once you've completed your order, the text cannot be modified.

Because they are custom items, these items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Removed items

At Zara, we strive to ensure the highest quality of our products and are committed to being transparent about items that have been recalled from sale for any reason.

There are currently no product recalls in progress. To find out more about previous recalls, please contact our Customer Service department.
