Exchanges and returns

Some of our items, due to their unique characteristics, must meet the following conditions in order to be returned:
- Swimwear: must include the hygiene strip.
- Woman: may be exchanged or returned provided they are in the same condition as when purchased and retain the protective bag or sticker with which they were sent to you.
- Man: undergarments may not be exchanged or returned.
- Kids: undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged with the exception of socks, tights, tops, bodysuits, and undershirts that are still in their original packaging.
- Pajamas: may be exchanged or returned provided they are in the same condition as when purchased. Items that include a bag must be returned with it.
- Accessories: must be returned with their original bag or cardboard intact.
- Fragrances: Must be returned in the original sealed packaging.
- Cosmetics: the item must be returned unused, sealed and in its original packaging
- Personalized items: Due to the custom nature of these items, returns and exchanges are not permitted.
- Zara Home items must be returned in their sealed original packaging and in its original condition.
- Packs: items that are part of a pack cannot be returned separately.
- ZARATRIBUTE T-shirts: must be returned in their original ZARATRIBUTE box.
- Special packaging and additional accessories: the items that arrive with special packaging (fabric bags, special boxes, garment bags...) or that contain additional accessories must be returned with them.
- Kassl Collection : the items must be returned in their original packaging, designed specifically to maintain their quality.
