HOW TO SELL ON ZARA SECONDHAND

With Zara Secondhand, you can sell Zara items you no longer use and give them a second life. We’ll explain how. It’s easy!

ZARA SECONDHAND SALES PROCESS

We offer the option to sell Zara items that you bought online or in any of our stores, regardless of the year of purchase.
All you have to do is register with Zara.com and click on the Buy/Sell option under the Zara-Preowned category. By selecting the + icon you can start the process to upload the item or items you want to sell.
There are several options for posting your items:
  • Item with tags: If your item still has its tag with the barcode, select the Scan option and focus your mobile device's camera on the numerical information.
  • Item without tags: If the item you want to sell no longer has its tags, you can upload it using the Manual option.
  • Item search: By using the Search option, you can find the item you are going to sell via its description or reference. We will show you items that match the numerical code provided and you can select the one that matches yours. The catalog photo, description, and title will load automatically.
The images you include must properly represent the item.
It is important to add a clear and simple description that provides as much information as possible about the item (measurements, how it fits, any imperfections, etc.)
Set a fair price for the item, since shipping costs and transaction fees will be added during the payment process.
Our quality team will review your item before approving it for sale. It is important to us to check that the images and descriptions are appropriate and do not include abusive content. We will check that the condition you have indicated for the item is adequately reflected.
Once the item has been approved, it will be automatically classified according to the category and subcategory assigned when it is posted. Please note that items are listed in order of when they are approved and appear in the New In section for a certain period of time.
Zara does not buy or sell the items shown on this platform, nor is it involved in the transactions between users.

ZARA SECONDHAND SHIPPING PROCESS

Once you have sold an item, you must check that it is in good condition, washed, clean, and that its pockets are empty.
Remember to use packaging that fits the size and shape of the item, keeping it protected. We encourage you to use packaging from previous purchases or recycled materials. If the item is damaged during shipment as a result of improper packaging, we may cancel the order and refund the buyer.
You will receive a label to print and attach to the package, or a QR code you can use at your nearest delivery point.
We suggest sending the order within the first 3 calendar days after it is sold, even if you have 6 days to do it. After this time, if the shipment has not been made, the sale will be canceled and the buyer will be refunded. Remember to save the proof of shipment.
You won’t have to pay anything to ship the item since all fees related to the sale will be paid by the buyer.
You will receive the payment once the order has been delivered and confirmed by the buyer. From the day of delivery, the buyer has 3 days to rate and confirm the item. At that point, the payment will be deposited in your Stripe account.
To open and complete your Stripe account, just follow the steps indicated in any of the informative emails we sent you. You will receive 100% of the sale price.
Remember: We assume no responsibility if shipment is made through means other than that established or if a label other than the one we provide is used.
