PURCHASE PROCESS

Shopping with Zara Secondhand is simple:

Register at Zara.com.
Choose the items you want to purchase. Pay close attention to the images and descriptions. They provide all the information about the items.
Add the items to the bag.
Select the address where you want to receive them.
Pay through the Stripe platform.
Once you have completed your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email with all of the order information.
Track your order from your Secondhand account or via the various emails we sent you.

Bear in mind that, once you make a purchase, the item will be sent directly to you by the seller. Sellers have 6 calendar days to ship the item. Once the package is deposited, delivery times can vary between 3 and 6 business days.

Once you receive your order, we will send you an email so you can confirm that the item is in the condition indicated in the post. If it is not, you have 3 days to make a claim by responding to the same email or from the section My Purchases of your Preowned account. In that case, we will contact you to indicate the next steps.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 6 days of purchase, your order will be canceled. You will receive a full refund within 10 days via the payment method used to pay for the order.
