SHIPPING TO A ZARA STORE
Deadline: 2-3 working days
Cost: FREE
The delivery times shown above shall increase for Northern Ireland and remote areas.
During your order, we will tell you the available stores and the estimated delivery date.
You have 15 days to collect the order in store. You just need to present your ZARA QR or the QR code on your electronic receipt. If someone else goes instead, they must show an ID card.
Age-restricted items require ID at the time of delivery or in-store handover.

HOME DELIVERY
- Next day delivery guaranteed - 4.95 GBP
- Delivery in 2-3 working days - 3.95 GBP
Shipping will be free if your order includes non-discounted items worth over 50 GBP.
Remember that orders including a large HOME item will be charged a corresponding delivery rate. - Same day delivery - 7.95 GBP
Same day delivery within London for all orders placed between Monday and Sunday before 14:00.

DROP POINT DELIVERY

Cost: 1.95 GBP
Shipping will be free if your order includes non-discounted items worth over 50 GBP.

When you complete the purchase, we will show you the drop points available and the estimated date you will receive your order.
We will inform you when your order is ready at the selected drop point. Remember, you must show identification to collect it. If another person goes in your place, they must present written authorisation and a copy of your identity document.
This option is not available for orders that include a HOME large item.
