Availability

On Zara.com you can find new products every week, just like in our stores.

If the item you want has sold out but it has the symbol  comming soon , you can register your email address and we will let you know as soon as it becomes available, within 15 days of your registration. This process does not reserve the item.

You may also view the stock on our website using our “Check in-store availability” option.

Presale

Through the PRESALE option you can ensure availability of products with a limited number of items.

As this is an advance purchase, payment is made at the time of purchase. Please note that these items have special shipping periods.

If your order includes both presale items and others which are not, only those presale ones will have a different delivery period to the usual one.

Bear in mind that the returns period for purchases containing presale items is 30 days from the shipping date of the last part of your order.

Sizes

To help you find your size, we provide a tool, "Find My Size", that recommends the best size for you, using the details that you provide. If this option is not available for the item you are interested in, you can always consult our size guide.

Customised items

Some of our items can be customised with embroidered texts. To identify them easily, on the name of the item will appear the word “EDITED”

You can choose the text, the style of the letters, the part of the garment you wish to be embroidered, and the colour of the thread.

If the word you have selected is not available, we will notify you during the purchase process or once you have finished the order. In this last case, we will also advise you how to cancel the order.

Once you have completed your order, the text cannot be modified.

As these items are customised, they cannot be exchanged or returned.

Withdrawn items

At Zara we aim to guarantee maximum quality in our products, and we are committed to being transparent about any items that might have had to be withdrawn from sale for any reason.

There are currently no items being withdrawn. For further information about previous withdrawals, please contact our Customer Service Department.
