STORE RECEIPTS

Easily and securely access your purchase receipts with our E-Ticket. Whether you provided your phone number at the time of purchase or received a paper receipt.
ACCESS EASILY AND HASSLE-FREE
If you provided your phone number when shopping in-store, your receipt will be automatically saved online. If you already have a Zara account, you’ll find it alongside your online purchases. If you haven’t registered yet, you can still access it from the E-Ticket section.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WITHOUT THE NEED FOR A RECEIPT
To manage returns or exchanges in store, you do not need to show a receipt. By simply giving your telephone number at the till, you’ll be able to carry out all your transactions without any complications.
RETRIEVE MY PAPER RECEIPT
If you have made a purchase in one of our stores and have lost your receipt, you can find it here. Make sure you have the necessary data to locate it:
  • The reference of one of the items purchased.
  • The number of the credit, debit or gift card used for payment.
  • The date on which the purchase was made.
