The Zara QR is your Zara user ID. It will help you to simplify all the processes related to your purchases.
WHERE IS MY ZARA QR?
If you are a registered Zara customer, you can locate your Zara QR by accessing the Shopping section on the APP or on the website on your mobile.
WHAT CAN I DO WITH MY ZARA QR?
  • All online and in-store purchases can be linked. At a physical store, identify yourself with your Zara QR code when paying and request an e-receipt.
  • You can make in-store returns for both online and in-store purchases
  • You can pick up all your online orders in a store by showing your Zara QR.
