Invoice for an in-store purchase: if you have made a purchase in one of our Zara stores and you need an invoice, you can request one at any time by going to a store and providing your receipt.
Invoice for an online purchase: To get an invoice for your online purchase, you have to place your order with company details. Once you have the items in your basket, select the option to purchase as a guest. In this process, we will show you two alternatives, to make your purchase as an individual or as a company. In the latter case, we will ask you for some information in order to generate the relevant invoice.
The order invoice will show the identification number in the Integrated Industrial Register of electrical and electronic equipment marketed by Zara.
Can i request an invoice with my receipt?
If you have purchased something online or at one of our stores, and you have the receipt, you can turn your purchase receipt into an invoice. To do so, please fill out the form found on Zara.com and we will send you a copy of the invoice by email. Make sure you fill in the data correctly so that your application can be processed without incident. Please bear in mind that this invoice will invalidate the original receipt.
