Delivery methods and costs

The shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, what time you make your purchase and item availability.

At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and the delivery date of your order.

Delivery options:

  • Collection at a Zara store - FREE

    In the store of your choice within 3-5 working days.

    Remember that the person who comes to collect the order must show an ID document, whether it is the purchaser or another person representing him or her.

  • Home delivery:

    • Standard delivery - 280 руб. / FREE (Orders over 2000 РУБ)

      The estimated delivery time will be between 2-7 working days, depending on the delivery address.

    • The same day you buy it. - 560 руб.

      Available in Moscow within MKAD. Orders placed Monday – Friday by 14:00 will be delivered the same day between 19:00 and 23:00. Once the order is placed change of delivery address is not possible.

    • Try On Moscow delivery - 280 руб. / FREE (IF THE PURCHASE IS OVER 2000 РУБ)

      Deliveries only available within the MKAD area of Moscow, within 2-3 working days.
      The Try On option allows you to receive your orders, try them on, and decide which items to keep and subsequently pay for. Your order can contain up to 10 items and you have 15 minutes to try them on.
      We will contact you to confirm delivery date and time. You will also receive email and SMS notifications, with the order number, price, and current delivery status. On the delivery date, we will send you an SMS with the courier's telephone number.

  • Drop point - 280 руб. / FREE (Orders over 2000 РУБ)

    At the drop point of your choice within 2-7 working days.

    We will show you the available drop points at the time of purchase.

    Remember to collect your order you will need to present your ID document.
    A written authorization and a photocopy of the buyer's ID document will need to be submitted at the drop point if the order is being collected on behalf of the buyer.

The time frames shown above will be extended for remote areas.

Bear in mind that deliveries are only made on working days.

Split orders

It is possible that your order be dispatched from different logistics centres. If this happens, we'll let you know by email which items you will receive in each shipment.
