HOW TO EXCHANGE
At Zara, you have the option to exchange the items you purchase for free. Here are the conditions and how you can manage it.
CONDITIONS FOR MAKING AN EXCHANGE
- You must manage the exchange before the established deadline:
Online shopping: You have 30 days from the shipping date of your order.
Shop at a physical store: You have 30 days from the date of purchase. - Items must be in their original condition and include all labels.
- You have to make the exchange in the same market/region where you made the purchase.

EXCHANGES AT A ZARA STORE
If you have purchased an item in a store or online, you can exchange it for another size or colour in any of our stores.
To exchange an online order, you do not need to make a return request beforehand.
