Quickly access your sales receipts securely with our e-Receipt. Whether you provided your phone number at the time of purchase or received a paper receipt.
EASY AND UNCOMPLICATED ACCESS
If you provided your phone number when shopping in-store, your receipt will be automatically saved online. If you already have a Zara account, you will find it saved alongside your online purchases. If you don’t have an account yet, you can still access it from the e-receipt section.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WITHOUT A RECEIPT
You do not need to show a receipt for in-store returns or exchanges. Just provide your telephone number at the cash register to easily manage all your transactions.
RECOVER MY PAPER RECEIPT
If you made a purchase in one of our stores and have misplaced your receipt, you can find it here. Be sure to have the information needed to find it:
- The reference number of some of the items purchased.
- The credit, debit, or gift card number you used for payment.
- The date of purchase.
