MY IN-STORE PURCHASES
You have the following options to obtain the receipts from purchases made in-store in a digital format:
- Show your ZARA QR at the time of payment and the purchase receipt will link directly to your account. You can view it in the My Purchases > In-store section.
- In some of our store you can provide your telephone number to our staff and we will send you an SMS with a link so you can download the receipt on your mobile device.
- If at the time of in-store purchase they have given you a paper receipt, you have the option to scan it and save it in the app. You must log in to your profile, select In-store Purchases and click on Add Receipt to scan your receipt.
