Delivery methods and costs

The shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, what time you make your purchase and item availability.

At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and the delivery date of your order.

If your order contains fragrances or candles, drop point delivery option will not be available and standard transportation may take an extra 1 to 4 days depending on destination.

Delivery options:

  • Collection at a Zara store - FREE

    In the store of your choice within 1-4 working days.

    Remember that the person who comes to collect the order must show an ID document, whether it is the purchaser or another person representing him or her.

  • Home delivery:

    • The day after you buy it - 7.95 AUD / FREE (Orders over 75 AUD)

      We aim for next day delivery on all orders to Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra and Brisbane placed between Monday and Friday before 16:00 AET. Other destinations: 2-4 business days. If this is not possible, we will show you the estimated time of delivery at the time of purchase.

    • The same day you buy it. - 12.95 AUD

      Same day delivery within Sydney for all orders placed between Monday and Friday before 14:00 AET (residential addresses only). Orders will be delivered 18:00-21:00 AET on the same day.

  • Drop point - 7.95 AUD / FREE (Orders over 75 AUD)

    At the drop point of your choice within 1-4 working days.

    We will show you the available drop points at the time of purchase.

    Remember to collect your order you will need to present your ID document.
    A written authorization and a photocopy of the buyer's ID document will need to be submitted at the drop point if the order is being collected on behalf of the buyer.

Bear in mind that deliveries are only made on working days.

Order status

You will receive email updates on the status of your order.

You can also access this information in the section "My Account".  If you are not registered, click on the “Order information” link in the confirmation email to track your order.

Restrictions

We try to reach all corners of the earth from Zara.com. If there are any delivery restrictions on your address, you will see them at the time of purchase.

Split orders

It is possible that your order be dispatched from different logistics centres. If this happens, we'll let you know by email which items you will receive in each shipment.
