Meditation and relaxation set consisting of a steel bowl known as a Tibetan singing bowl, a mango wood mallet and a cushion with filling to support the bowl.
When the edge of the bowl is struck or rubbed with the mallet, it produces sounds and vibrations that help to create a calming atmosphere for meditation.
Includes a cotton bag with adjustable drawstring closure for easy transport and storage.
