INVOICES
In-store purchase invoice: if you have made a purchase in one of our Zara stores and you need an invoice, you can request it at any time by going to a store and presenting the purchase receipt.
Invoice for an online purchase: To obtain an invoice from your online purchase you must place your order with company information. Once you have the items in your cart, select the option of purchasing as a guest. We will show you two alternatives in this process, make your purchase as an individual or as a business. In the latter case, we will ask you for information to be able to generate the corresponding invoice.
Can i request an invoice with my purchase receipt?
If you have made a purchase online or in one of our stores and you have your receipt, you can convert your receipt into an invoice. To do so, please fill in the fields in the form available at Zara.com and we will email you a copy of the invoice. Be sure to complete the information correctly so your request can be processed without any issues. Keep in mind that this invoice voids the original sales receipt.
