If you have made a purchase in one of our stores and have lost your receipt, you can find it here. To do so, please fill in the fields in the form available on Zara.com. Make sure you have the necessary data to locate it:
- The reference of one of the items purchased.
- The number of the credit, debit or gift card used for payment.
- The date on which the purchase was made.
