RETURN REFUND
Once we have handled the return of your items, we will continue with the refund.
REFUND OF IN-STORE PURCHASE
If you have returned an item purchased in-store, the refund will be made with the same method of payment used for the purchase.
If a refund to the original method of payment is not possible, our store staff will indicate an alternative method.
REIMBURSEMENT OF AN ONLINE PURCHASE
When you make a return of an online purchase you can choose how you want to receive your refund on a Voucher Card (if you requested the return online) or a Voucher Receipt (for a return made in-store).
You can use it for future purchases online or in any of our Zara stores.
Remember that the Voucher Card is valid for one year from the date of issue.
If you sent your return through a shipping company, we will process it in the 72 hours after receiving it in our facilities.
Once the return has been completed we will send you a confirmation email.
