SPECIAL RETURN CONDITIONS
Some of our items, due to their unique characteristics, must meet the following conditions in order to be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear: will not be able to change or return.
- Undergarments:
Woman: undergarments will not be able to change or return.
Man: will not be able to change or return.
Kids: may be exchanged provided they are in the same condition as when purchased. Shorts and panties will not be able to change. - Accessories: must be returned with their original bag or cardboard intact.
- Fragrances and candles: will not be able to change or return.
- Cosmetics: will not be able to change or return.
- Packs: items that are part of a pack cannot be returned separately.
- Special packaging and additional accessories: the items that arrive with special packaging (fabric bags, special boxes...) or that contain additional accessories must be returned with them and in their original condition.
