At the time of processing your order, we will show you the shipping methods available, the charges and the estimated delivery date.

Please remember that deliveries are only made on business days.

SHIPMENT TO A ZARA STORE

Time: 1-5 working days

Cost: FREE

At the time of placing the order we will show you the stores available and the estimated delivery date.

You have 15 days to pick up the order at the store. You only need to present your ZARA QR or the QR code from the electronic receipt. If someone else comes in your place, they must also show their identification card.

This option is not available for orders that include a large item from our HOME collection.

HOME DELIVERY

Delivery in 1-5 working days - $ 3.95
Same day delivery - $ 9.95
Same day delivery in Toronto for all orders placed before 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Approximate delivery time will be between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
Delivery in 1-2 working days - $ 9.95

Please keep in mind if your order includes a large item from HOME, corresponding shipping costs will be charged.

If you made your purchase as a registered user, you can change the delivery address by accessing your order details in your account; should it still be possible per the status of your order.

SHIPMENT TO A DELIVERY POINT

Period: 1-5 working days

Cost: $ 3.95

When you complete your purchase we will show you the available delivery points and the estimated date you will receive your order.

We will let you know when your order is available at the selected delivery point. Remember that you will need to provide identification to be able to pick it up. If another person comes in your place, they will need to present written authorization and a copy of your identification document.

This option is not available for orders that include a large item from our HOME collection.

Frequently Asked Questions

Sometimes, misplaced packages can be found by reviewing the delivery area and checking in with anyone who could have received the shipment. If you cannot locate your package after 48 hours from the 'delivered' status, please contact us and we will review it with the shipping company. Remember, you can find your tracking number within the order detail in your account or in the order shipment email. In most cases, you will be able to verify the proof of delivery within this tracking information.

The product will remain packed until it is delivered to the room of your choice.

We will contact you to check the measurements of the delivery space and inform you of the dimensions of the packaging of these items.

In the event of a crane service being necessary to make the delivery, we will assist you with its managing according to its availability. The cost will not be included in the shipping costs applied during the purchase.
