REFUND FOR A PURCHASE PAID WITH A GIFT CARD
Returns on purchases you have paid for with a Gift Card will be refunded to the same Gift Card. You will receive a virtual copy of the card, with the updated balance on it, together with the email confirming the return.
The returns option is available for online purchases only. Purchases made at a Zara store may not be returned, but you can always exchange it for another item of equal or greater value.
