Returns on purchases you have paid for with a Gift Card will be refunded to the same Gift Card.
Remember: if you used a Gift Card as well as another payment method for a purchase and you request a partial return of the order, the refund will usually be repaid to the other payment method rather than the Gift Card.

If you are within five years of the purchase date and have used more than 60% of the gift card's face value, please contact COOP MARKETING Customer Service for the balance refund. If the card's expiration date is exceeded, only 90% of the card balance can be refunded. If five years have passed since the purchase date, you cannot request a balance refund.
