If you need to, you can place an order at a Zara store. Ask our staff about this option and they will help you complete your purchase.
If you already have a Zara account, you can order as a registered customer by entering your email address and password. If not, you can do so as a guest, providing only the required details to place the order. You will receive all the information about your purchase by email or SMS.
Online purchases made on an in-store device have the same shipping options as those made directly on our website.
Please note that orders placed at a store cannot include a Gift Receipt.
HOME items cannot be purchased on an in-store device.
