You shall not be entitled to exchange proper quality Product or terminate the Agreement in respect of the Products specified in the Directive of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine On implementation of particular provisions of the Law of Ukraine On consumer rights protection No. 172 dd. March 19, 1994 or in any other regulatory legal act substituting this directive, including, but not limited to, the following Products:
- Lingerie
- Bras
- Bralettes and tops
- Briefs
- Briefs packs
- Bodysuit
- Nightdresses
- Lingerie shorts
- Lingerie shirts
- Lingerie robes
- Socks
- Tights
- Hair accessories
- Lingerie accessories
- Corset product
- One-piece suit
- Perfumery and cosmetic products (lipsticks, lipstick sets, highlighters, face palettes, blush, powders, bronzer powders, cream blush, replaceable blocks, shadows, brushes, nail varnishes, hair sprays, pencils, gloss, mascaras, colognes, perfumes, eau de parfum, eau de toilette, etc).
