INVOICES
Invoice for an in-store purchase: if you have made a purchase in one of our Zara stores and you need an invoice, you can request one only during the day when the purchase was made by going to a store and providing your till receipt.
Invoice for an online purchase: To get an invoice for your online purchase, you have to place your order with company details. Once you have the items in your basket, select the option to purchase as a guest. In this process, we will show you two alternatives, to make your purchase as an individual or as a company. In the latter case, we will ask you for some information in order to generate the relevant invoice.
The order invoice will show the identification number in the Integrated Industrial Register of electrical and electronic equipment marketed by Zara.
