In-store purchase invoice: if you have made a purchase in one of our Zara stores and you need an invoice, you can request it at any time by going to a store and presenting the purchase receipt. Please note that if the invoice is not nominated, you will not be able to access our exchange and returns policy, which is an added value.
Invoice for an online purchase: It is not possible to issue invoices for online purchases at Zara.com.
