CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ONLINE ORDER

If you have placed your order and want to change it, we will reply to your possible concerns here.
Can you cancel your order?
You can cancel a purchase whenever the status of the order allows it. If it is available, you will see this option in your Zara account, in the order detail.  If you made the purchase as a guest, you can manage it from the link found in your order confirmation email.
Can you change the delivery address for your order?
If you are a registered user and have selected home delivery, you can change your shipping address whenever its status allows. You can do it by accessing the order detail from your account.
Can you change items from your order?
If you have completed the purchase it is not possible to remove or change the items. If you would like, once you receive the order, you can create an exchange or a return.
