CUSTOMISED VIDEO
When placing an order on the Zara APP, you will be able to accompany it with a customised video of a maximum of 30 seconds that will be sent to the recipient.
You can find this option in the shopping basket under gift options.
During the process, we will request the recipient's phone number, which will act as an unlocking key to view the video.
HOW TO ACCESS THE VIDEO?
- We will include a QR code inside the box containing the order. To view the video, the recipient only needs to enter the last 4 digits of the phone number provided by the buyer.
- Once unlocked, the video will be available for 48 hours.
HOW DOES THE VIDEO GIFT WORK FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES?
- If you request a Gift Receipt or purchase a Gift Card when making a purchase in a store, you will also have the option to record a personalised video.
- A QR code is provided with the purchase receipt which, when scanned with a mobile phone camera, allows you to record the video and the recipient can see it. You will be able to give the QR code to the recipient and the video will be available for 48 hours from the first viewing.
