At Zara, you have the option to exchange the items you purchase for free. Here are the conditions and how you can manage it.


  • You must manage the exchange before the established deadline:

    Online shopping: You have 30 days from the shipping date of your order.

    Shop at a physical store: You have 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original condition and include all labels.
  • You have to make the exchange in the same market/region where you made the purchase.
The HOME items may not be exchanged.

If you have purchased an item online, you can exchange it for another size in any of our stores. If the item was purchased in a store, you can exchange it for another size or colour.
To exchange an online order, you do not need to make a return request beforehand.

If you have purchased an item online, we offer the option of requesting a size exchange on our website or APP.
The process is very simple: just select the items you wish to exchange and the size you would like to receive. The chosen items will be sent in a new order and you will have to return the unwanted items. To do this, we offer several options that you can check in the How to return section.
The deadline for returning unwanted garments to us is 14 days from the exchange request. If the deadline has passed and we have not received the items to be exchanged, the price of the new items will be charged to the payment method you used for the purchase.
