SPECIAL RETURN CONDITIONS
Due to their special characteristics, some of our items must fulfil the following criteria to be returned or exchanged:
- 50CREATORS: Items in the 50CREATORS collection cannot be exchanged or returned due to their exclusive and limited nature.
Due to the exclusive and limited nature of this collection, the products offered are considered to be goods specially designed and manufactured for commemorative purposes, according to particular specifications and/or of a non-standard nature, therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to them. The provisions of these specific terms do not affect the legal rights of the consumer or user in the event of product non-conformity.
By confirming the purchase of an item from the 50CREATORS50PRODUCTS Limited Collection, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts this term, waiving the right of withdrawal provided for in general consumer regulations. - Swimwear: must include the hygiene sticker.
- Underwear:
Woman: can be returned as long as they are in their original packaging, in perfect condition, not used and maintain the hygiene and safety standards (bag and/or protective sticker) with which they were sent.
Man: underwear can be returned as long as they are in perfect conditions, not used and kept in their original packaging.
Kids: underwear can be returned as long as they are in perfect conditions, not used and kept in their original packaging. - Accessories: must be returned with the bag or the original packaging.
- Fragrances: can be returned as long as they are not used and kept in their original packaging .
- Cosmetics: can be returned as long as they are not used and kept in their original packaging.
- Customisable items: these items cannot be exchanged or returned, as they have been customised.
- Packs: items forming part of a pack cannot be returned separately.
- Special packaging and additional accessories: items with special packaging (fabric bags, special boxes, etc.) or additional accessories must be returned with said packaging or accessories in the same condition.
