    In the store of your choice within 2-3 working days.

  • Home delivery:

    • The day after you buy it - 3.95 EUR / FREE (Orders over 30 EUR)

      We aim for next day delivery on all orders placed between Monday and Friday before 21:00.

    • The same day you buy it. - 5.95 EUR

      Same day delivery within Madrid for all orders placed between Monday and Friday before 14:00.

  • Drop point - 3.95 EUR / FREE (Orders over 30 EUR)

    At the drop point of your choice within 2-3 working days.

  The delivery times shown above will be lengthened for the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and remote areas.

  At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and the delivery date of your order.

  Exchanges and returns

  You have 30 days from the shipping date to return your purchase from Zara.com FREE OF CHARGE.

    You can exchange or return items at any Zara store in the country/region where the purchase was made.

  • HOME COLLECTION

    You can request a home pick-up by going to the orders and returns section.

  • AT A DROP-OFF POINT
