TRAVEL MODE
With the Travel Mode functionality in our APP, you can access different options that will enhance your travel experience in Italy, the United Kingdom, or Japan.
WHAT IS TRAVEL MODE AND HOW DO I ACTIVATE IT?
With Travel Mode, you can buy items and have them delivered to your destination, discover what's new in the city you are visiting, or share memories from your trip:
- THE NEW. Check out all our new arrivals and shop items in the market/region you are visiting.
- TIPS. Find expert recommendations for restaurants, museums, and other local activities in two cities we have selected from the market/region you are visiting.
- MEMORIES. Send a postcard from your destination to anyone you want.
To use Travel Mode, enable the geolocation option in our APP. When logging in, choose whether you want to activate the mode for the market/region you are visiting (Italy, United Kingdom, or Japan) or if you prefer to stay in your own.
CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
- With Travel Mode, you will only be able to view and purchase items available in the market/region you are in.
- Item prices are shown in local currency.
- The payment methods available are based on local options.
- Orders placed in Travel Mode will appear under a new tab in your Zara account. When you return to your market/region, these orders will be included in the Purchases - Online section of your account and will be marked so that you can identify them.
DELIVERIES
- Shipping methods and costs: when placing your order, we will show you the available delivery methods and their cost.
- Delivery times: these will be the usual times in the market/region where you are located.
- Delivery address: during the purchase process, you can quickly locate your accommodation thanks to an auto-fill system.
RETURNS
- Return period: you have 30 days from the date of purchase to make a return.
- Return methods: these will be the usual methods in the market/region where you are located. For the United Kingdom, we also offer a hotel collection service.
