Easily and securely access your purchase receipts with our E-Ticket. Whether you provided your phone number at the time of purchase or received a paper receipt.
ACCESS EASILY AND HASSLE-FREE
If you provided your phone number when shopping in-store, your receipt will be automatically saved online. If you already have a Zara account, you’ll find it alongside your online purchases. If you haven’t registered yet, you can still access it from the E-Ticket section.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WITHOUT THE NEED FOR A RECEIPT
To arrange returns or exchanges in-store, you do not need to show your receipt if you provided your telephone number at the time of purchase. Simply provide that same phone number at the till to complete your transactions quickly and easily.
RETRIEVE MY PAPER RECEIPT
If you have made a purchase in one of our stores and have lost your receipt, you can find it here. Make sure you have the necessary data to locate it:
- The reference of one of the items purchased.
- The number of the credit, debit or gift card used for payment.
- The date on which the purchase was made.
