Invoice for an in-store purchase: if you have made a purchase in one of our Zara stores and you need an invoice, you can request one at any time by going to a store and providing your receipt.
Invoice for an online purchase: At Zara.com, it is not possible to issue invoices for online purchases.
The order invoice will show the identification number in the Integrated Industrial Register of electrical and electronic equipment marketed by Zara.
