SPECIAL RETURN CONDITIONS
Some of our items, due to their unique characteristics, must meet the following conditions in order to be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear: will not be able to change or return.
- Underwear: underwear items may not be exchanged or returned, except for socks, tights, tops, baby bodysuits and undershirts from the Kids’ section kept in their original packaging.
- Accessories: must be returned with their original bag or cardboard intact.
- Fragrances: will not be able to change or return.
- Candles: Must be returned in the original sealed packaging.
- Cosmetics: will not be able to change or return.
- Packs: items that are part of a pack cannot be returned separately.
- Special packaging and additional accessories: the items that arrive with special packaging (fabric bags, special boxes...) or that contain additional accessories must be returned with them and in their original condition.
