Due to their special features, some of our items have to fulfil certain criteria to be returned:

Swimwear: will not be able to return.
Underwear: underwear items may not be returned.
Accessories: will not be able to return.
Fragrances and candles: will not be able to return.
Watches: will not be able to return.
Cosmetics: will not be able to return.
Packs: items forming part of a pack cannot be returned separately.
Special packaging and additional accessories: items with special packaging (fabric bags, special boxes, etc.) or additional accessories must be returned with said packaging or accessories in the same condition.
