TRAVEL MODE

Our APP’s Travel Mode feature gives you access to different options that enhance your travel experience in selected markets.
WHAT IS TRAVEL MODE AND HOW TO ACTIVATE IT
With Travel Mode, you can purchase items and have them delivered to your destination. In some markets, you’ll also be able to see what’s new in the city you’re visiting or share memories from your trip:
- THE NEW. Discover all our news and buy the items in the market/region you are visiting.
- TIPS. Find expert recommendations for restaurants, museums and other local activities in two cities we have selected from the market/region you are visiting.
- MEMORIES. Send a postcard from your destination to whoever you want.
To enjoy the Travel Mode, activate the geolocation option on our APP. When you log in, you can choose whether to activate Travel Mode for the market/region you’re visiting or stay in your own.
PURCHASE CONDITIONS
- With Travel Mode you will only be able to view and purchase items available in the market/region you are in.
- The prices of the items are adjusted to the local currency.
- Payment methods available are based on local options.
- Orders placed in Travel Mode will appear in a new tab in your Zara account. When you return to your market/region, these orders will be included in the Purchases - Online section of your account and will be branded so that you can identify them.
DELIVERIES
- Delivery methods and costs: when you place your order, we will show you the available delivery methods and their prices.
- Delivery times: bear in mind that they will be the usual ones for the market/region in which you are located.
- Delivery address: during the purchase process you will be able to quickly locate your accommodation thanks to an autocomplete system.
RETURNS
- Return period: You have 30 days from the shipping date to make a return.
- Return methods: please note that they will be the usual ones for the market/region you are in. In the case of the UK, we also offer a hotel pick-up service.
