GIFT CARD
Our Gift Card is the perfect gift option for any occasion. Below, you will find all the information you need.
There are two methods available:
- Physical gift card: you can buy it at any of our Zara stores.
- E-Gift Card: we will send it via email to the address you provide during purchase.
GIFT CARD FEATURES
- You can use it at any physical or online store of Grupo Inditex: Zara and Zara Home.
- It can only be used in the market/region where it was purchased.
- The Gift Card does not expire.
- It is a bearer document. Zara will not replace the Gift Card if it is stolen, lost or damaged.
- The return period is 30 days, only if the Gift Card has not been used. If the return is made via Zara.com, you do not need to physically send us the Gift Card.
