Traditional Japanese ceramic pot, mainly used to prepare a type of soup called nabe. It is characterized by its ability to retain and distribute heat evenly, making it easy to cook dishes on a low heat.
It has a lid with a small hole to release steam and prevent internal pressure from building up and handles on the sides of the pot for a better grip.
