INVOICES
Invoice for an in-store purchase: if you make a purchase in one of our Zara stores, you, you will receive Invoice after the payment is made.
Invoice for an online purchase:
- Before you pay the Order, you can choose the E-Invoice issuance method by confirming E-Invoice Information option. Once the order is shipped, ECPay will issue an E-Invoice with the details you chose and send Invoice Notification will be sent to you with the email your account registered with .
- When there is return, if applicable, your new E-Invoice Information or Allowance will be sent by ECPAY by email.
- Individual E-Invoice printing: You can go to KIOSK at convenient store to print. E-Invoice printing procedure can refer to ECPAY KIOSK General E-Invoice printing instruction.
- Company E-Invoice and Allowance printing: you will receive an electronic file of E-Invoice or Allowance at ECPAY Invoice Notification email. You can print out directly.
- The E-Invoice cannot be modified once it is issued.
- Please remind that in order to generate an invoice for your company, you have to create an account with your company information.

Publication on Termination of E-Invoice Membership Carrier Service
Thank you for your continued support and love for our E-Invoice Membership Carrier Service. ECPAY has been authorized to provide Membership Carrier Service since January 1st, 2025. Our company's own Membership Carrier was no longer used to store any newly issued E-Invoices since January 1st, 2025, and all relevant services will be officially terminated on September 30th, 2025. It is recommended that you download or retain your E-Invoice from the Ministry of Finance's E-Invoice Integration Service Platform before September 30th, 2025 to protect your rights and interests.
