    In the store of your choice within 3-6 working days.

  • Home delivery:

    • Standard delivery - 490 RSD / FREE SHIPPING

      The estimated delivery time will be between 3-6 working days, depending on the delivery address.

  At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and the delivery date of your order.

  Exchanges and returns

  Due to the current situation, returns methods may vary.
  The returns period has been extended to 30 days from when our stores reopen.

  The exchange option is not available for online purchases. Nevertheless, you can always return your order for FREE within the established return period and place another order.

  • AT A ZARA STORE

    You can return items at any Zara store in the country/region where the purchase was made.

  • HOME COLLECTION

    You can request a home pick-up by going to the orders and returns section.
