GIFT CARD
Our Gift Card is the perfect choice for any occasion. Here's everything you need to know about it.
There are two options available:
- Physical gift card: you can buy it in any of our Zara stores.
- Virtual gift card: we will send it by email to the address you give us at the time of purchase.
FEATURES OF A GIFT CARD
- You can use it in any physical or online store of the Inditex Group: Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho and Zara Home.
- It is valid only in the market/region in which it was purchased.
- It is valid for three years.
- It is a bearer document. Zara will not replace the Gift Card if it is stolen, lost or damaged.
- The return period is 30 days as long as the Gift Card has not been used. If the return is made through Zara.com, you do not need to send the physical Gift Card.
