Quickly access your sales receipts securely with our e-Receipt. Whether you provided your phone number at the time of purchase or received a paper receipt.
EASY AND UNCOMPLICATED ACCESS
If you provided your phone number when shopping in-store, your receipt will be automatically saved online. If you already have a Zara account, you will find it saved alongside your online purchases. If you don’t have an account yet, you can still access it from the e-receipt section.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WITHOUT A RECEIPT
To process returns or exchanges in store, you do not need to present the receipt if you provided your phone number at the time of purchase. Simply provide the same phone number at the checkout to complete your transactions without any hassle.
RECOVER MY PAPER RECEIPT
If you made a purchase in one of our stores and have misplaced your receipt, you can find it here. Be sure to have the information needed to find it:
- The reference number of some of the items purchased.
- The credit, debit, or gift card number you used for payment.
- The date of purchase.
