INVOICES
Invoice for an in-store purchase: if you need an invoice of Zara store purchase, you can only request it during the purchase phase before completing the payment.
Invoice for an online purchase: To get an invoice for your online purchase, you have to complete your order with company details. If you already have a Zara account, in the Addresses section of your profile, you will be able to select the Business option. If you don’t have a Zara account and you want to complete your purchase as a guest, once you have the items in your basket we will show you two alternatives, to make your purchase as an individual or as a company. In the latter case, we will ask you for some information in order to generate the relevant invoice.
The order invoice will show the identification number in the Integrated Industrial Register of electrical and electronic equipment marketed by Zara.
