We will explain how you can change your password, modify your personal information or manage your account settings. That way you can always have your information up-to-date and receive our Newsletter with all of our news.
HOW TO CHANGE OR RECOVER YOUR PASSWORD
You have the option to change the password associated with your Zara account. To do this just go to the Change password section.
If you would like to retrieve your password, when you log in select the Forgot your password? option Once you provide your email address we will send you an email so you can reset it.
HOW TO CHANGE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You can access and modify your personal information, your email and the payment information you may have saved from your Profile.
HOW TO ADJUST YOUR PREFERENCES
Here is what you can do from the Settings section of your Zara account:
- Configure the Newsletter: you can choose the sections or collections that interest you most and always be up to date. You will receive information weekly about the new collections, our promotions, and other news from Zara.com.
- Configure your privacy preferences.
