CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ONLINE ORDER

If you have placed your order and want to change it, we will reply to your possible concerns here.
Can you cancel your order?
You can cancel a purchase whenever the status of the order allows it. If it is available, you will see this option in your Zara account, in the order detail.
Can you change the delivery address for your order?
If you have chosen home delivery, you can change the delivery address of your order as long as your order status allows it. You can do it by accessing the order detail from your account.
Can you change items from your order?
If you have completed the purchase it is not possible to remove or change the items. If you would like, once you receive the order, you can create an exchange.
